Are these products available for wholesale?

Yes. All Boardwalk Vapor products are available for wholesale. Please send us an email at support@boardwalkvapor.com with your Purchasing Manager's direct phone number and email address. We look forward to learning more about your business.

Why do I have to verify my age when I checkout and what is BlueCheck?

BoardwalkVapor.com complies with all FDA regulations regarding the online sale of vapor products.

The FDA regulations require that any company that sells vape or e-cig products verify that all purchasers are at least 18 years of age. What's more, they require that all vendors verify anyone under the age of 27 with a photo ID and demonstrate that they have possession of the photo ID.  Lastly, they require all vendors to verify a purchaser each time they make a purchase, even for repeat customers.

Our trusted verification partner, BlueCheck, ensures BoardwalkVapor.com remains compliant with these laws by requiring customers under the age of 27 to submit a "selfie" with their photo ID before an order is completed. The verification process takes is secure, quick and easy. BlueCheck also verifies that our customers are of minimum smoking age across all 50 states (California for example requires customers to be 21+).

Has my order shipped?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day (this does not include Saturday or Sunday). If you created an account when you placed your order, click the "Log In" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If you did not create an account during the checkout process, you will receive an email from support@boardwalkvapor.com when your order ships.  A tracking number will be included in this email.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Order quantities cannot be changed or canceled once an order has been shipped. If you have not yet received an email with your tracking number, contact our customer support team right away by email at support@boardwalkvapor.com or call 949-642-3465.

How do I track my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, click the "Log In" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If you did not create an account during the checkout process, you will receive an email from support@boardwalkvapor.com when your order ships.  A tracking number will be included in this email.

My order never arrived.

Your order may still be on its way! Please refer to "How do I track my order?" (mentioned above) to confirm your order is NOT in transit. If you have not received a confirmation email with your order information, please contact customer service for assistance at support@boardwalkvapor.com.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Why can't I select California or Utah in the State dropdown when attempting to checkout?

We no longer accept orders from customers in California and Utah due to increased tax obligations (CA Tobacco Tax) and Statewide Vape bans (Utah Only).  We apologize for the inconvenience.
