Shipping Policy

Orders Ship In 1 Business Day (shipped from Costa Mesa, California)

Orders placed before Noon (PST), are typically shipped the same business day! If your order is placed after Noon (PST), it will be shipped the following business day. Boardwalk Vapor only ships packages on business days (Monday- Friday). If your order is placed after Noon (PST) on a Friday, or the weekend, your package will ship the following business day (Monday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, and a digital copy of your purchased goods. All confirmation emails are sent to the email address that you provided during checkout.

Orders are shipped with USPS.  To view your order tracking, copy and paste your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email and look it up at

Return Policy

-Per health and safety regulations, all ejuice are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged, warranted, or replaced for any reason.

-All apparel returns must be unused and in original packaging to receive a replacement. A replacement will be issued for all "DOA", or "Manufacture defective" items. If we are out of stock of your item, we will issue a full refund.

We no longer accept orders from customers in California and Utah due to increased tax obligations (CA Tobacco Tax) and Statewide Vape bans (Utah Only).  We apologize for the inconvenience.
